Default Power Steering Belt

86 k5 350, replacing belts and hoses, last belt is power steering to crank, I think that I have the bolts loose, 1 pivot and two sliders. But the pump won't swing to get the belt off, what am I missing???

That's all I can find on mine. Maybe she's just seized in there? Is the slider braket bent enough to put you in a bind?
