The rotor/hub assembly you are looking for is specific to 4wd models and is a two piece design with the rotor held to the backside of the hub using the wheel studs which get pressed through both pieces. THIS ILLUSTRATION shows you the configuration you are looking for as well as gives you an idea of the year range you can look into for the fullsize GM trucks to get the part you need if you call around to parts yards in your area on your hunt for a new hub. You are looking at any half ton 1973-1977.5 model year GM fullsize 4wd pickups.
As to repairing the hub assembly, if the flange on the hub where the wheel studs press thru is damaged, repair really is not advised. While it is getting more difficult to find these parts failure of a repaired component could prove costly.
If you could post a picture of the damage from a few angles, we can try to point you in the proper direction for what components need to be replaced to get the vehicle back on the road.
