I got the motor i have from autozone. Ive looked at the yards in my area and only found a manual crank and suburbans but the motor on them attached to the regulator.

Default tailgate motor brkt
wondering if you located brkt yet . i replaced tailgate on my 87/89 k5 and tailgate had brkt and motor in. kept old motor and brkt from old gate. if still need may be able to ups orsomethig to you if instrested.
