Default Tranny Swap

I did the search and found several threads about going from manual to automatic...but I am interested in going from automatic to manual.

Ihave a 1992 FS 4x4 with a 350.

Difficulty on a scale of 1-10?

Cost?

Thanks!

Fairly straight forward. It would be easiest if you could find a vehicle which already had the manual transmission and swap over all of the parts. You will need everything from the clutch pedal linkage and master cylinder to the transmission itself. It needs to come out of a similar year IFS truck.

Thanks. Confirmed what I though would be the best route.
