Default 1974 Restored blazer need help on value! Looking to Buy!

Hello all!
I am new to the blazer world but have found a 1974 Blazer with a 350. Curious what your thoughts are on it. He bought as a rolling restored frame off chassis.
There is no rust or bondo on this girl. He had the tranny rebuilt with a shift kit, and rear is factory. It has a not number matching 350 mild build : cam, lifters, heads, 600 carb, Headers with full exhaust with electric cut-outs. It has new tires and under 1000 km with the blazer complete. He has the fiberglass top but it needs to be painted yet.
As for the deal we are trading straight across for my 1991 restored bayliner capri boat. Valued at 10,000 and he is valuing the blazer at 10,000. Just wonder your thoughts I dont feel like im losing, it feels like a very fair trade. Ill post a picture of the blazer.

this is tough, the first thing I noticed was those stupid ricer tails. I would offer 6-7k, tell him he can have the boat, if he gives you 3-4k see what he says. can always have room to work from there.

Yes the tail lights are a must change. That sounds reasonable I thought about that but wasnt sure what these blazers were going for. The boat is a easy 10,000. In my head its 14,000 but I know i'd never get that.

I ended up picking it up

Whats a 1974 blazer worth rough ballpark as I will be looking to sell it. Ill give as many details as I can and found. Whats my lowest I should look to sell and best case scenario for high price? I dont want to rip anyone off but would like a decent return in this Blazer.

1974 Blazer 2x4

Body/tires/suspension

No dents and paint is 8/10. No rust.
Tires are new with rims in great shape.
Shocks are new and bushing and suspension arms all look good.
New heads lights and tail lights.
New brake pads
Drives straight, steers good and brakes good.
New wiper motor and arms,blades

Interior: New floor pans, new floor, new dash and gauges, bucket seats.
Looks really nice.

Motor:
350 Industrial: 200 km on rebuild
Motor was cam'ed, new valves, rocker rollers, heads etc. Headers, intake 600 Edelbrock carb, full exhaust with mufflers.
Mild motor runs great.

Transmission:
Turbo 350 : 200 km on rebuild.
2500 Stall with a shift kit.

Rear end: Factory 12 bolt.

Frame is great. The body was lifted off 4 years ago and stripped and painted.

I dont have the fiberglass topper for it and I know im going to lose value there.

Thats honestly not bad. I was expecting or hoping closer to 8000. From what I can find the 80's Blazers are going for 6-8 on kijiji, vehicle sites. There was only round 50 thousand 74 2x4 blazers made.
Care to inform me where your 5-6000 value is based of off? Recent sales or personal preference? Z
Not to argue just trying to educate myself farther on the subject.

Picking up a roof at a good price might be a plus and add to the desirability.

Recently purchased a 74 with rebuilt 350 bored and stroked... Lots of extras under the hood. Body in good shape. Paint is ok but could use a spray. Only rust is on the floor pans.....need replacing. So it is no way a show truck...but a good riding truck. I think I got a deal in $6000 range as I have been offered $8-9k as it stands today.

Hope that helps
