well I joined to see other Blazer k5s and jimmys others have so here the one I have ...I have been working by myself on it for over three months now .When I got it itwas all in peices and in boxes and the body was stripped to the bare metal but it ran and drove and mecanicly it was sound and no rust ,,I painted it myself ..not to bad for my first paint job..and restored the interior to the grey that it was ......

good job. put some kill switches on that thing and keep it out of the salt

Great job on the garage paint splash: I like you're style. Looks great. What did paint cost you if you don't mind me asking? Whatever it was, you sure saved yourself a bundle and ended up with a very fine ride.

I used dupli-color paintshop paint,primer-base(deep blue/silver)-clear coat about $22 a quart but you don't have to mix it ,its ready to use and very easy I might add.
after clear coat you have to wetsand and buff out then polish for a good shine

Nice looking rig you have there. You have to love the full sized trucks!

over the last year I have added a 3"body lift ,6" spring lift front and rear plus addional 1 1/2" blocks in the rear ,dual shocks ,3/4ton 14 bolt ff rear axle ,dana 44 W/flat tops both with 4:10 gears and a go rhino front axle truss skid plate truck is running on 38s
