Looking to buy a 1979 K5 blazer for a project. I am located in South Texas. New to this. Could use some pointers.

 

biggest issues with these trucks i run into up north is tons of rust, tailgate rotting closed, floors falling off but hopefully you shouldnt have those issues down there. another issue they have is the frames crack by the rear shocks and where the steering box attaches, but those can be repaired if you own a welder
