In your first post you mentioned that the passenger side quit and a month or so later the driver side quit. That is, without question, a problem with the wiper transmission. If the driver side now has quit, and the motor doesn't come on, there's obviously a problem with the motor.

what would I hear or should I be listening to? I guess maybe i havent been paying attention to any sounds. I know when I turn it on it is like i didnt do anything at all if you know what I mean

BTW I appreciate your help and your time.

The wiper motor is under the hood, attached to the firewall right next to the power brake booster. Key on, wipers on, put one hand on the motor: you should be able to hear/feel if it's running.
