Well Jim I am assuming that your Blazer has a 4.3L engine and if that is the case your fuel pressure is to low. With a4.3l vortex engine you need at least 55 psi of fuel pressure. Put a fuel gauge on it and drive it,watch the fuel psi and I bet you are losing pressure. Just because it is new does not mean it is good. Look up the specs and the fuel psi should run from 55 psi to 60 with a load on the motor.

For the first thing Jim is I don't understand why you would put something that agressevie in your vehicle. Your pressure regulator is designed to keep your fuel pressure at 55 to 60 psi and if you are putting a 100psi there you probably are destroying your regulator and that could be your problem. Your regulator can not keep the fuel psi to specs because of the excessive psi. Put a factory fuel pump in and possibly change your regulator.

Default 2000 blazer runs like it has governors

The computer was put on it because of the same problems it is having now , the # was the same and it had 2000 V6 blazer written on it . I had to do the relearn for the pass key system [30 min job ] and that worked out ok . I am going to check out the coil and coil driver because it seems to get worse the hoter the engine gets . Runs good up to 3000 rpms cold and about 10 minutes later it will cut off and not hit a lick until it cools off . No codes stored in the computer . Thanks for the reply , Jim

Smile 2000 blazer runs like it has governors

Hi , I wanted everyone to know I have solved the problem with the blazer , it was the fuel system . The inline pump was having to sipson through the old pump and 2 stainers in the module . The corragated plastic line was collasping causing the old pump to raise up out of the module . I removed the inline pump and installed a new module in the tank and that solved all of the problems . I do not know why it would start cutting off idling when it got hot and after 2or3 restarts it would not hit a lick until it cooled off, also I do not know why the 02 sensors did not show a lean fuel mixture when it would die at 4000 rpms and slow down to a slow roll with the pedal to the floor[ no dcts ] . If the module was removed and a hard fuel line fabed up from the top of the module to the bottom of the strainer the inline pump would have been ok . I have done this before on a tbi unit with a 454 in it and it worked ok . Thanks for everybodys replys , Jim
