Default 200k for 2900?

It needs a o2 sensor (p0402 code) so it runs a little rich. Seems moist under the pass side of the dash and doesn't heat the car very well. Leaks a little power steering fluid. AC does not engage. Has a new front bumper rad support assembly ect from front end damage.

Drives pretty straight 4x4 works new maaco paint job :/ Brand new studded tires. Suspension checks out. Everything works besides above. Idles pretty good. switches between 500 and 550 when stopped.

What would you guys do? 2900 is the price I've negotiated with the dealer before taxes and everything. So I can't change that. He probably wouldn't mind me changing some stuff while I'm trying to decide, I had it most of the day today.

I think thats a little steep for 200k miles. Almost all the blazers i see down here have about 150K for about $3000. I would just keep lookin man. I didnt have a car half of my senior year to wait for a nice blazer to come along, and here i am.

And i would stay away from dealers. Check out craigslist everyday, and i bet there will be new ones on there all the time.

first major question i have..............why the hell would you be changing parts on a vehicle you don't even own yet?!!!!

i mean, if you decide to pass on this truck-which i seriously think you should-are you gonna swap all the parts back & return them?

i agree with blazinloud, it's definately gonna be heater core related. pay a mechanic, or spend the 8 hours tearing the truck apart, it's gonna cost you large either way.

while you didn't mention what year it is (not really sure why that info was omitted) i only paid $2000 for my '98 fully optioned 4 door, 4WD LT 2 years ago-and it only had 158K on the clock! (that's only slight above 98K for you boys).

i wouldn't just walk away from this deal, i'd run sreaming from that 3 finger exam he just gave you.

seriously!

that goes without saying. Craigslist & Kijiji are your friends. be wise, search them often.
