Any info on when the 2019 Blazer model will be actually in dealer showrooms?

No idea. I don't see why anyone would want one, it's a Blazer in name only.

Prob for the same reason somebody would buy a hummer 3 so they can say they own a hummer,

I always wanted a Chevette so I can tell people "I got a Vette".
