I was working as a Sales Support Associate for an HVAC company. What I did was go to Home Depots in the area and convince customers to upgrade their systems, or get them serviced. My reason for termination was confusing. The termination papers said "Not meeting minimum requirements." But my former boss told me several different things. One "You're working too many hours and not getting enough leads." Two "You're not working enough hours to get the leads you need." o.0

Since he's fired me, he's sent me numerous e-mails containing the daily reports, basically rubbing it in my face. I'm in the process of getting an attorney to sue him for mental anguish. I've been depressed and stressed like mad. But, apparently they moved the girl they hired 1 day before me to my stores and she hasn't gotten a single lead the past couple weeks. Which makes me laugh.

well good luck with that, and thats funny about the new person. Watch that be one of those things the boss did not put enough thought into, 2 weeks later your boss will come crying back to you after he realizes how good of a job you were doing in your market!
To bad your not up in canada, ive got some hook ups with a home depot here and a couple hvac companies.

You're not kidding about that! Here in New Zealand (after I closed my kitchen manufacuring business) I started looking for a regular job, but kept getting turned down because I did not have any "Kiwi experience". Like you say, how does one get Kiwi experience if no Kiwi will offer a job? LOL Strange thing is both my wife & I have extensive "Internatiional" experience! Does this mean work in Kiwiland is different or special? I think they take foreigners as a threat!

Good luck finding a new job! Keep smilin!
