What's wrong with a 2wd? I just happened by this one (Red 2002 4dr LS) and I was in need of another vehicle. It's great IMO. I wish it were 4WD, but I guess I can't have everything. It's seen a couple of trails, but no mud. I think it's better that I keep it that way.

I have 2wd and only needed 4x4 once in the last 8 years be it mud, snow, flash flood rain, towing, pulling trees out of the ground its all been done 2 wheelin it. 4x4 is just more components to fail and waste of extra gas. plus if you know how to drive you dont need 4x4

My 2wd has been with me through 3 winters and I have yet to even fish tail. I would hate to carry the extra weight of 4x4 system and not use it.

I bought my 2WD Blazer for daily urban/ occasional highway use; 4WD not needed in this case, and would have just been double the insurance and $$$ repairs waiting to happen.

4WD and glad I have it. Last car was a 1988 Trans Am GTA and it was absolute hell in the snow.

I used to work in a auto shop, and my manager wanted to either lower my blazer because it 2wd or he wanted to have me pre-run it. I cant really complain its what my parents got me.
