It's a lot more common than you'd think...

The worst, though, is this one guys F250, the '05 style, with HID's slapped into the STOCK housings...

ive never seen any headlights more than about 5 feet up. im 6'6' and just thinking about someones headlights at eye level with me seems a little ridiculous but im sure it happens because there are a lot of ridiculous people

The funniest part of it, though, is that these trucks never get dirty... ever...

There's one 80s Chevy Dually that the bottom of the frame is about chest level with me, and I'm about 6 feet tall

^^^sounds about like an f-250 Ive seen around the town I work in, it pulled up next to me at a light one day,I looked over and saw the bottom of the door at eye level
Just to keep this on topic (lol), Ive never even heard of a stability test.
