Default 4l60 shifting problems (97 s10)

My s10 is not wanting to shift right, when I put it into D it shift just fine for the first 5 minutes of being drove but then when you stop it stays in 3rd and doesn’t downshift, but yet it was doing it just fine before, but If you take it outta D and put it in N then back into D you can feel it just shift all the was back up to 3rd then if you try to put it down in 2nd itll go there but if you put it in 1st it won’t go into 1st then, but let’s say you’re still going and it needs to shift up into 4th it won’t shift to 4th, so far I’ve checked the main fuses, dropped the tranny pan, and the fluid was just dirty not burnt or anything, and replaced the 4 different solenoids (1-2, 3-4, 3-2, and the shift module one), and new fluid new filter, along with the wiring harness and it’s still doing the same thing, any suggestions on what might be wrong?

Also it’s throwing these codes( torque converter clutch solenoid circuit P0740, shift solenoids A electrical P0753, shift solenoids B electrical P0758, shift timing solenoid A P0785
