i have my 4.3 pulled out of my rig. curious about putting a small block in it???

It's not that hard, do a search lot's of people have researched this topic making it easier for others.

Many parts are available to do the 350 swap... motor mounts, headers, you'll probably want a bigger rad with electric fans as well.
