i have a 01 blazer 2wd 4.3L my ac work when i wants to sometime when i turn my ac it works and lets say i turn off the ac (switch) and i turn the ac back on some time it will work and some times the ac doesnt blow cold. i was thinking its the compressor cluch switch but i could be wrong. the ac blows cold when it works but when it doesnt it doesnt blow cold...feed back would be great.

 

It could be the low pressure switch or it could be a low charge in the system that, while still enough to cool, is not high enough to trigger the low pressure switch.

 

hmmm...i had the same issue in 08 and went to a friends shop and he rechargered it for 60 bucks i wasnt cooling down and he was hitting this switch/sensor on the compressor and not sure wat it was but after a few taps the compressor was cooling

 

I went to my friends shop and he sai if he remembers correctly when he recharged the ac system in 2008. The low pressure cycle switch looked like it was dirty, he said that more than likely that is what is causing my problom.
