Well I started out by ordering a tune for my blazer from wait4meperformance.com Then I search the internet and called up about 5 junk yards looking for a ford explorer 8.8" 3.73 locking rear end. Finally found one I wanted out of a 2000 with 60k for $200 and about 40minutes away. So I went and picked it up. Tried checking the tag before I accepted it to confirm it was what I wanted, but it was to dirty/rusty to make out. So I get home and clean off the tag and it turns out its a 4.10 open rear. At this time it was 5:15 and the place just closed at 5:00. So I left a message to call me tomorrow and now I'm going to have to make a second trip. Was thinking about just keeping the 4.10, but not sure. How much of a difference would there be in gas milage and every day driving?

Well...unless you regear your front axle, you can't use your 4wd with the new rear end on.
Otherwise, 4.10s would be a good match actually for your 32s...You'd gain back some preformance and mileage that you lost from your 32s.

I'm running 4.11's on my truck with 32's and no loss in gas mileage...
