Well, it looks like your float is moving down. Above the float right next to the pivot pin will be the inlet plunger.

How much fuel was in the float bowl when you removed it?
Good new everybody,put it back together and it runs,it just putting along now but running,If you push the throttle a little bit it runs but the minute you leave it alone it just goes putt putt.I think I might have stretched that green spring a little bit or didn't put the throttle pin thing back in thebright hole

It's alive

Yes Yes, I put the carb arm in the wrong hole that’s why it was running at such a low RPM,

two things I've noticed is

1,Its 10x louder then before now

2,It has a ticking noise now

But the strangest thing happened I pushed the mower and it died, then white smoke started coming out of the carb,So I opened the oil fill and smoke started coming out of that also. Put some new oil in and it started right up again didn't die or anything. I’m thinking it is burning of the Carb cleaner.
