Question Anyone knows what this is???

I have seen this sensor there but today I had the grille out and curiosity struck again, this located in front of the radiator towards the passenger side.

Anyone knows what it is and what it is for?
Thxs

No, I replaced that one when I bought the truck because it was broken and it is under the latch for the hood in the middle. It just gets me curious on what it is or do.

Your truck has automatic climate control doesn't it? If so, then it is the exterior temperature sensor for the ATC system.

It doesn't but it looks that the front harness was changed, guess that's how it got there then, thanks for clearing that up to me
