Thanks very much for taking the time to send me the HVAC schematic, I understand it pretty well...The one vac/arm I don't see in the schematic is the one you can easily see behind the glove box to the left that is mounted sideways and has an arm that goes left toward the driver, If you have a minute...what door does that little diaphragm control? Is that the "mid" setting on the temp door...such that it holds the door in the middle position??. When the vac line to it is unplugged, you get no heat essentially and when it is connected, it pulls the arm and you get heat...and in my system it kinda won't go away, So right now with the ac fixed, I have that vac line plugged...I think I have a problem with the mode door and slave doors because the air doesn't only go where it is directed to, it always comes out the vents but does change to def and floor.

Oh yeah the other question you would know is...what door is supposed to move when you turn the **** from all the way cold to all the way hot--red/blue???

My system all seems to work better in the auto mode than when not.
Any thoughts you have are of course greatly appreciated!!
