blazer won't shut off

I have a 2001 blazer and I'm having trouble with it with my foot on the brake I can shut the truck off and everything but the motor will shut off then when I take my foot off the brake the motor will shut off and stereo will come back on please someone help me out with any ideas you might have

Is there an aftermarket remote start, keyless entry, or security system installed on the vehicle?

I have a 2002 Blazer doing the same thing. How does the aftermarket keyless entry relate?
