Make sure you don't overvolt the LEDs and be sure to use a resistor to limit the current. About the only thing that'll kill and LED is too much current.

Black is the ground wire Yellow and Green are turn and Brown is park lights. The turn signal switch dishes out weather its flashing as for a turn signal or on steady as a stop lamp. You cant separate the two. If you have 3rd light or trailer wiring your can use those wires they are LT BLU. If not youll have to wire them to the turn signal wires. hope this diagram helps.

on my old chevy, i put (4) 4 inch led lights on the rear deck and hooked 2 on each side of the brake light wires directly, no problem.

i also put (4) amber lights on the rear deck as signal lights and put 2 on each side of the brake light wires and hooked them directly into the brake light wires, no problems at all.

i am not an electronics wiz, so i dont know anything about this resistor installation.

Thanks..............................
