I have one of those, too, on the outside of the driver's left thigh bolster. Went to the auto supply and gota leather and vinyl repair kit, but haven't used it yet. Might work for your seat, also.

Thanks to member e602 and this great how-to https://blazerforum.com/m_91743/mpag..._/tm.htm#91743 I fixed my rear window opening problem just a few minutes ago. I didn't buy the new clip but instead I drilled a hole in the old one and used some thick wire in place of the broken peice and now it pops open as it should. Yay!
