Calling All Painted Frames

yeah, but not when the set-up is gonna be changing soon. (hopefully sooner, now that i'm back to working a full 40+ hrs/wk.)

I'd recommend using Chassis Saver. I just used it on my rocker panels and they came out beautiful. This stuff was made to painted straight over rust and IMMEDIATELY stops the rust in it's tracks (according to the guys at NAPA), and it says "for commercial use only, not for sale to consumer" which makes me believe this is some serious stuff. I plan on doing my frame with it also. I only got a quart but a little goes a long way. I haven't even used a quarter of it yet. I've used bed liner before but it only looked nice for about a year. We'll see how this stuff holds up. Good Luck!

Yes, POR 15 is a great product and will completely lock out rust if applied correctly. Be sure to topcoat the POR in any area that may be exposed to sunlight. POR 15 will not withstand UV rays. If not topcoated the finish will become chalky and eventually lose its rust blocking ability.
