i have a casting date and cant find out the year can anyone help????


V10064WT v8 small block in a 85 2dr pickup

I can't find year but other numbers mean Built in Flint, Mi. 255 HP. 4bbl carb. C10 or c20 body. (I think)LOL

 

Typically...

V = Flint
10 = October
06 = 2006?
4WT = ???

But, I can find nothing about 4WT and the 06 doesn't add up either. But if I remember correctly, it was sometime in the 80's when the engine ID changed to include some of the VIN. Does any of that match up with the VIN at all?

its in a different truck my uncle needs to know the year to buy parts i think i found that it was out of a 69 chevy M/T,255hp, and C 20 & 30
