It is possible to hydrolock with a combustible liquid. Probably highly unlikely with that little amount though.
I dump 1/2-2/3 in while running, then dump the rest in while I shut it off. Let it sit for 10 min to work its magic, then start it up. Smokes just as much.

alright man, but would hydrolocking with a combustible liquid be considered "flooded"?

Being flooded means you have too much fuel to air ratio in the cylinder head, so it has a hard time combusting. It's damn near impossible to flood a fuel injected engine like that, anyway.

If the cylinder is almost at BDC and the intake valve is just open, and you pour gas into it to fill the cylinder. Its more likely to bend a rod then ignite the fuel. Again VERY unlikely situation.

Hydrolocking can occur with any uncompressable fluid (liquids).
