Default Compare Blazer to Trail Blazer

What do you think about the Trail Blazer? That one is not for me. I always went for the 1995-2005 Blazers.

If you are talking about the GMT 360 platform, you are comparing apples and oranges.
Neither is better than the other, its subjective.

I prefer apples over oranges. I said I go for the 1995-2005 Blazers, not better.

I go for the Trailblazers - More power, a way more comfortable ride, does not eat parts like a chubby kid with cake, and you do not have to deal with all the little rattles on the interior.

A friend leased a trailblazer ss with a 6 liter. He let me abuse it before he turned it back in. It weighs 6000 lbs compared to s 10 's 4000 lbs and it drives like it. Very nice but too big for me. I asked if he thought they'd notice if they got it back with my 4.3 drive train. His idea was to weld the hood closed so they can't look.

*The curb weight on a trailblazer SS is 4,496 to 4,663 lbs

I like both platforms, But for comfort and drive ability, Trailblazer takes it hands down.
But again, comparing these is like comparing apples and oranges.

I must have saw the towing capacity on the sticker on the door. My mistake, it drove more like a 6800 lb full size.

Well I don't use my 4 Blazers for fun or enjoyment. I use them on my work. I found out they are very agile in and around bad areas such as ditches around mailboxes. Deep ruts in the ground full of water where I use my 4WD. Also they are more narrow where I can use my whole front seat area to work from. No console shifter in the way and no big wide width bulky thing to make things hard to work. If I didn't use them for work I would not own them,.... wouldn't need to. I would stick with my fun cars to drive around. But....my Blazers help make my living. So no The Trailblazers are horrible to use with my job...sorry but that is my opinion. I just sent one in to the Transmission shop today..... transmission was slipping bad. Came out of the blue so no it is no fun spending $$$ on my workers but that is life....

I fail to see the point of this thread.
