Default DECIDED TO KEEP THE BLAZER

Well, decided after a lot of looking & thought we decided to just keep our 97 Blazer LS 4x4. We haven't had a lot of good luck with it, lots of problems. But decided that we had too much money into it to just give it away, so we might as well fix it. A heater core went out, so we had it replaced, I'm going to have it aligned next week. The engine is still making noise but not getting any worse, so it could go forever like it is, but if not I'll have an engine rebuilt for it.
We like the Blazer, we find it easy to drive, comfortable, gets good gas mileage, good off-road truck & keeps running. So I guess I'll be around for awhile longer.

I thought you sold it on ebay? By keeping it at least you know what you have and what's been done. I hope you get all the problems sorted out.

Yea, I sold it, but the guy never paid for it. He kept jerking me around. We turned him into Ebay He got a non payment on his reputation. I will never try & sell a vehicle on Ebay again. They refunded me my money but it took about 3 weeks to get the fing deal settled. You can't leave negatives anymore. The whole deal sucked.

Glad you're keeping the Blazer.
Did you have the heater core replaced or did you do it yourself? I came back from Australia to find water under the floor mat. Can only be the heater. Been quoted about 1000 bucks to get it fixed. Aparently it's a bitch of a job to do.
