Default electrical

I have a 98 blazer that some of the minor electrical features are not working. First the remote fob stops working (had a brand new one in the drawer...not working) my side mirror remote doesn't work, there are a couple of other things that I can't remember. Could these all be related?

Default RE: electrical

What are the 'couple of other things'? The more information, the better. It is possible that it is a fuse problem, but may be a ground problem.

*EDIT* - Fuse #7 in the instrument panel fuse block labelled MIR/LKS services both the power locks and the power mirrors. I would start there.
