Default engine swaps

ok... well my beautiful blazer is sitting at 174k still runing strong with good compression all around. but just getting ready for the final breakdown. i was wondering other than obvious sbc and lsx swaps. has anyone else done anything different. like.. a 2jzgte or rb34? or a e36? i know its a leap and would be a ton or work but its not my daily.. so having it down for a month wont effect me too much.

I've seen 2bt or 3bt (don't remember the correct number) diesel swaps but no foreign rice swaps. It might be possible but unless you can devote all day everyday to it plus a lot of cash I'm thinking its going to take way longer than a month.
