Factory tint should always be 50 state legal.

Just brought it to get inspected to see what they said. After I got the sticker and paperwork I asked the guy what's up with the tint since I had another vehicle denied last year, and he basically said if it's factory it's legal..there's nothing you can do even if it's "over the limit".

EDIT:
Yesfactory tintshould be legal in all 50 states, but local lawmakers can do basically anything they want.
