Default first cylinder problem

have spark and have gas pulled the wire and no change still runs bad. has loud vacuum sound out throttle body, it comes and goes, and compression on it is 135 but the pressure bleeds off slow.

have changed fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel regulator, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, coil, battery, low and upper intake gaskets. gas is new and the injector and poppits good, fuel pressure is good, when valve covers where off i looked at the valves and they all went up and down in the right order. please help thank in advance.
