I have over 400K on my S15 Jimmy, I had the trans. rebuilt once at a local shop but when it went out again last year i opted for a GM Factory Rebuilt and could not be happier with it. My engine is also a GM Factory Long Block. My car rides better now than when it was new. I have fixed all the rattles and all of the suspension components at one time or another. Last year I put in new bushings in the springs and shackles. Next job will be replacing all of the body mount rubber just due to the age of the vehical.
