Default Frame an susp ?'s

OK, I have an 01' 2dr LS 2x4. Frame is pushed back and right. Driver tire rubs at left lock. It has a good 1-1 1/2" of gap difference from the tire to the fender in the rear of the front fenders. It also sags on that side. Why would you folks do? Would you straighten it or leave it? Or just frame swap? Any opinion helps. HELPPPPPP!!!!
