Default fuel problem?

Hey guys I think I have a few fuel issues. To start, the car is misfiring.. non random on cylinder 1. The only things I haven't checked are the ignition and the fuel injector.

But anyways, to the problems. The blazer's fuel gauge jumps when I accelerate, and drops when I brake. Could that be the sending unit? How much would a mechanic charge do you thinK?

Next, it just started today, but still: when I start it, the truck's rpms look normal, then after a second, the rpms drop and the vehicle seems to start stalling out. Giving it gas does nothing, and after 2 or 3 seconds and the rpms at the very bottom, the car magically picks itself up and rpms stabilize quickly and then it idles fine...and drives fine....?

Also, I was just told the fuel pump was just replaced, and you can hear it turn on and off fine, but if that's bad what does that run?

Thanks guys....Hope you can help =(

I noticed the problem as I was draining the pure water from my engine to avoid freezing over night...because I was overheating and losing coolant because my upper hose had a 3" CUT, not crack, in it.
This blazer is endless problems I swear...(As I'm saving for my misfire to be fixed...this happens....)

Once again, thanks!
