bought 2001 2 door blazer two wd 16 mpg any suggestions to improve mpg?94k miles all stock under hood

 

hmm lots in searches... i'd say wires, plugs (AC Delco only), rotor, distributor that helped my 2002, then clean the EGR & MAF, TB, check tire pressure, make sure the oils & other essentials are fresh, new air filter... <---- (all in searches as to How To) the list goes on & as for a "new to you" vehicle I would have done all that just because you can't be sure what the previous owner was like to the vehicle & it's best to start off knowing whats what

& go to a 'free scan for DTC's place' so they can scan the truck & see what if any DTC - Diagnostic Trouble Codes are present
