They will work but, IMHO, look very tiny on your Blazer. You will also need to update/calibrate your computer for those size tires to get your speedo to read correctly as they are a bit smaller than stock.
If you don't do the computer your speedo will show you going faster than your really are and may set off the ABS light on the dash.
