Default Horn Question

New to the Blazer world just acquired a 1998 Blazer LT
daily driver but I’m in an inspection state and I don’t have a horn (working on a temporary fix) but for long term does anyone have any suggestions at what to look for?
Bought it with a fuse that we believed would be the answer.
fuse helped the blinkers issue but no horn. Also doesn’t even make a clicking sound to show the horn has been activated.

any help is greatly appreciated

Your horn is activated by a relay in the UBEC. This relay gets its power for the coil and the contacts from Ctsy Fuse 2, 20A I/P fuse block. The relay gets energized for horn function when the steering wheel switch grounds the other side of the relay coil. Its a matter of finding where the break in the voltages and grounds are and then repair the problem. It does not matter where you start, its dealers choice.

Lets start at the horns themselves. with the call for horn activated at the steering wheel, measure the voltage from the positive power wire at the horn(s) (back probe or pierce, everything connected) with the negative meter cable on the battery negative post. If you don't get 12V, disconnect both horns and remeasure.
