Transmission oil and filter
Front + rear + t-case oil
Plugs, wires, cap and rotor
All 4 shocks
Front drive shaft u-joints
Both CV-Axle
Rear lift gate support
Re wired wires to front drivers door
Hinge pin and bushing front doors
Idler arm

That's in the 1 year I have owned it.
And new starter right before I bought it.
I also think it has 1 original ball joint, unless someone changed the control arm.

Still the best car I have owned.

Also glad I do all the work on it. And for cheap parts from USA even with shipping it's almost 50% cheaper

i bought my 89 K5 in May of this year for $4000. the next day i spent $200.00 to get the steering column fixed (a repair i was aware of already). 2 days after that i was driving to work and blew the head gasket and both heads were cracked beyond repairable...after $3,330.00 in repairs (many new parts with it) she started to work again! Next was the ujoint in the rear axle housing broke (cheap fix) but had no tools to fix it which then cost me another $140.00. I had to change the exhaust as the old one crap which was $150.00 for a flowmaster single chamber. Then i realized the person before me has put a 2.5in cat on the truck which doesnt meet OEM specs so now i get to spend $225.00 for a new magnaflow 3in cat. So i bought it for $4000 and have spent over $4000 in repairs in less than 4 months of having the vehicle!

I bought mine July 21, 2010. I have put over $2000 into it and still have a lot of work to do. The so called dealership I got it from put in a "new" junkyard motor in November 2010, as well as numerous other repairs.

Lets see...
I bought my 1999 Jimmy New back in 2000 kept it for 18 months loved every moment except the Fuel tank issue with that year but was covered under warranty... Only add on was Kenwood CD Player but got shipped out to Germany so gave her up

got a 2000 2Dr Jimmy paid 4 grand put about 5 grand into it with body wrap, true dual's Goodyear AT tires 3 inch lift Euro HID kit Kenwood /Infinity stereo set up with 400 watt amp custom gauge kit and steering wheel. Trade it for 2006 Buick Rendevous....{ wife idea}

Now Stock 2000 Blazer LT blank canvas but will be going a change over the winter Paint or Body Wrap , Wheel /tire make over upgrade speakers..

Paid $3000 for it in June, put in about $1000 since then : new KLM shocks all 'round, front suspension bushings and alignment, fluids/filters change, headlight lamps. Great car for the money, but still a bit disappointed by the notchy/balky 5-speed "New Venture" transmission. Wasn't the old T-5 a better transmission, and if so, why did they change? Was the NV3500 that much cheaper??
