Hydrogen
Were are a few steps ahead of you there.... northey87 has already found the soulution. Its a O2 sensor adapter. Its basically a 1" long peice that sets the 02 sensor back away from the pipe so it picks up less exhaust gasses.

I found a little setup online that is a self contained unit with zinc grating to activate the electrolysis. Comes with a replacement zinc plate, and puts out 1.7 liters/min of pure hydrogen. Has a vent cap and everything to discharge O2...annnddd it simply wires up to the battery, and pipes to the intake behind the MAF.
Lost think link though...i'll see if I can find it.

well I realise this is an old post but has anybody actually finished one of these.
I notice alot of people keep posting like you will have a massive ammount of hydrogen setting in your truck. The only hydrogen will be what is in the tube from the canister to the intake and inside the engine. I figure if your engine runs cool and you dont have any valve problems there shouldnt be any pre ignition.
I have read that you can also make it adjustable to on demand by hooking it up to your tach. for best results use graphite terminals for the anode and cathode.
I have read alot about this in the past couple days and havent seen anywhere where somebody blew up their car and they seem to have good reviews. If you want to see how it is done check out instructables.com and search it is a pretty good site to check out anyways.

actually I have seen alot of people that have set it up I just havent seen it done to a blazer. people get different results from different vehicles. I think the one I read got like 10 more mpg. I just havent seen anything on long term use. there is also an instructable on how to make a car run completely on trash and another one that is making a car run completely on hydrogen. I know it works I just dont know how well in the long run I have heard it can create steam and it cleans the engine but rusts the exhaust.(I have only found one place that said that). So the question still stands has anybody done this to a blazer.
Youve actually stood infront of an engine with an HHO assisted combustion? I'm saying you always 'see' it done online, and read about their phenomenal gains...but...yea..
How do you know it works? Just because youve read about it online and watched some youtube videos on it?
Wheres the energy coming from to create the HHO gas? Youre just converting the available power the engine is already creating. The only way it would work out beneficially is if you installed a charged cyclinder of Hydrogen that you kept filled.

Ok I see what you are saying no I have not personaly seen it live but I have seen it in places I would trust and in too many places to all be scams I would guess.
But I would think that the power you would get back from the hydrogen would be more than the electricity since the hydrogen is more flamable then gasoline. all you are doing is seperating the gases in the water which obviousely doesnt take much power if it can be done with a 9v battery and since the hydrogen is so explosive I can see how it would more than make up for the power you used to seperate it. When I have time I am going to make it I just wanted to see if there was anybody that has done it to a blazer.

I figure that is why so many companies are trying to design a hydrogen car. But there is a differance from running completely on it and just using it as an addative. the main problem I have seen them having is the fuel cell. I dont need enough hydrogen to completely run on it I just need enough to add it to the fuel.
I am not saying it definately works or I know alot about it I just think it is worth giving it a shot when I get a chance
