I have a Stowaway2, it a hitch mounted storage with lights and a licence plate bracket, and would like to keep it on the truck all the time but I don't know if they were made to be on it all the time.

Does anyone have a hitch mounted storage mounted to the hitch all the time?

It has a lock also...

It's heavy and I'm keeping it in my apt but it is big and in the way...
