customer stated there was a knocking noise going over bumps

next to new one



and the knuckle

its crazy what people will drive on the road, seen a expedition a while back where they drove on the bad wheel bearing for so long that the hole the wheel bearing went into ovaled up like a inch

these people always amaze me, esp the ones that have a tie rod fail mid turn and their wheel goes under the car....first the thing they say..."how'd that happen??"
to bad common sense wasnt a requirement for getting a license.

I think NJ gives their liscences out in crackerjack boxes.......

That balljoint.....sheesh....how the hell did it not separate and lose the control arm before that knuckle wore down like that????
