Is it a daily? LOL! put about 15-20k per year miles

And a body lift helps with fuel line changes

+1 on that. I ended up having to replace my factory original fuel pump not too long after doing the body lift and it gives lots of room to access the fuel lines and connectors from underneath or from the wheel well.

My DD for the past 14 years. It only gets about 10k a year.

personally I see no harm cutting the bed or floor if you do a clean job. I have seen some that really don't care what it looks like and just cut a hole with whatever tool they can find to do it with including a torch.
