Just my luck:(
So i've been installing the new rough country lift into my 2000 blazer got the front end done. Started on the back and found that all the bolts in the shackles were siezed. So i had to cut the shackles off and drill out the bushings took me 2.5 hrs a side. I had preordered poly bushings for this. After getting all the old bushings out i found i had the wrong ones. I went back to shop where i had bought them and said i need bushings for 2.5" main eye, well it turns out they wont have them in till next friday because no one stocks thems. So needless to say im gonna be three weeks without a vehicle

I was two weeks without my truck when I was doing my build. I know your pain.

Yea man , they can be a real pain in the butt . When ever I know I'm going to be doing them I always spray the heck out of them with pb blaster , and have the torches ready . I don't think I have ever had one come apart easy . You can't find them on the internet , at the most I would think a week for delivery . Sorry to hear about your bad luck though .

I would buy some nylon and make some on my lathe.

when i did the lift on my truck i sprayed my shackles 2 weeks before i removed them
I use to spray them every morning
I think i used about 4 cans on pb blaster =P but they came out like spreading butter on bread
so thats a good turn out on my watch
When i do my body lift imma do the same
