does any one know a site that gives full history of a vehicle and is free?

because i wondering if my k5 was a boarder patrol at one time. its from Arizona and under the white paint it has a the green like the boarder patrol trucks .in the cab, the roof has holes from were a light rack was (kinda like the cop car light rack) 2 quarter size wholes on both sides ,the driver side has like a nickle size hole next to its holes . It has a hole in dash were a switch was but isn't like the size of a window switch for back window,(its got all roll up windows). The head lights and turn signals are hooked up weird to were some times the head light flashes with the turn signals but in a cop lights way.


any one got a boarder patrol truck that can maybe confirm my suspicions?
