Default Looking at another blazer

Hello,
I got offered a 98 blazer w/175000 miles on it.
I am looking at buying it to replace the 92 2dr I got now... My current one is nice but it has a lot of rust issues...

The 98 has some damage as well the drivers door/rocker is damaged due to hitting a stump last winter on the side of there driveway. But a little about it.

4 door, 4 wheel drive. Sunroof. Full power. Heated/leather. Custom molded floor mats from LMC truck. 8k h.i.d kit. Led throughout. Real nice truck. But he needs the cash to get his pretty 07 GMC Sierra out of the shop. $800 or $75 a week....

It needs a passenger front wheel bearing.
Drivers seats worn.
And it's due for an oil change.

So it's been awhile sense I had on and I didn't have many problems but what I am asking is.... What should I look for. He has taken good care of it but underlying problems are what I'm looking for

Default Addition

I for got to mention. He has had a lot of work done this past tax time. Intake gaskets. Full tuneup. New calipers/pads/rotors and e-brake parts to get the e-brake working. But it needs more work than posted. It needs atleast 2 tires
