Looking at buying a Blazer

RE: Looking at buying a Blazer
If any air bags were deployed, it may have been required to replace all airbag components with new. That can be a very significant cost... You just need to do your homework on exactly what the extent of the damages were/are.

Well, I ended up buying it for 3500.
Drove it back home (2 hour drive) it was smooth and handled well.
I'll just keep my fingers crossedand hope that I wont have any problems with it :|

I would suggest having a mech still do a full inspection on everything, so you have no hidden surprises down the road. Meh, imagine driving when its raining the paint peels off to its original color, yellow (Of coarse its not yellow, just an attempt at humor.) Damn disclaimers.

As stupid as this may sound, I dont even care if somthing breaks, just as long as the motor stays running good and the drivetrain stays the way it is, i'll be happy.
I dont care about things like the lever for the seat breaking, the windshieldwasher pump going out or even changing the brakes fequently. I can live with all that.
The motor/drivetrain are my biggest concerns.
