Default LS Swap Help

I have a 1991 GMC Jimmy/K5 I plan to LS swap. It currently has the tbi 350 with 4l60/700r4 trans with 241c transfer case. I want to swap in a 6.0 Ls with 4l80e and keep my 241c transfer case. What will I need to keep my stock 241c transfer case ?

Your transfer case should have a 27-spline input, and the 4L80E will have a 32-spline output. So that's going to be the first problem. Is there any reason you don't want to use a NP208, which (with the proper adapter) will bolt right up?

after a little digging I found that I can just swap out the 27 spline Input shaft for a 32 and it will bolt right to the 4l80e. And I don’t want to use a 208 because the 241c is superior to it.
