I agree with Kyle, those wires are HUGE. Try to follow them. Have someone gently tug on them while you look.
Shoot if it were me I'd just unsplice them then figure what isn't working anymore. But that's Redneck Troubleshooting lol.

already got shcocked once this week. bout numbed my whole arm lol. wut fun o.o and being tazered by ur firends isnt a walk in teh park either >.>

well i ran the wire bak and it goes from the started ot teh oil pump <..> but the way it looks they belong there. por job of wiring though whoever done it

Ummm...the oil pump is mechanical and completely self-contained inside the oil pan. I'm more confused than before!
